Registration is available for Travel Agents/Tour Operators. To view tariffs and make online bookings, the registration form should be completed. We would need to verify the authenticity of the Agent prior to activation of the account. Confirmation of your registration will be notified by e-mail.

4. How I change my password?

Sign in to your account From the My Bookings section, you can click on the ?Change Password? link and reset your password.

5. How do I sign in to my account if I forget my password?

6. How do I edit my account information?

Sign in to your Sharothi Online Account. From the My Bookings section, you can click on the ?My Profile? link and edit your account information

7. Can I change my username?

The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.

8. How do I log off of the site when I am finished?

Click on < Sign out> on the main menu and you will be logged off.

9. Can I book on Sharothi Online.com if I am a non-resident Bangladesh?

Currently Sharothi Online.com caters to Bangladeshi residents only.

10. Can I speak to someone in Customer Support?

Payment Options

1. What payment options does Sharothi Online have?

Currently we accept payments using Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit, Credit Card and Sharothi Cash card.

2. How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site?

Sharothi Online is a VeriSign Secure Site. Any information you enter when transacting over Sharothi Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties. You will notice that when you move from the passenger information page to the payment page, the url changes from http:// to https://. This shows that you are now on a secure channel.

3. What Is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?

The Security Code is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.

4. Where is the Card Verification Number (CVV) located on my credit card?

Visa/MasterCard: Three-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field. American Express: Four-digit number on the front of the card on the right hand side above the card number.

5. Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit card statement?

Your purchase will be charged under Sharothi Online.

Flight Reservations

1. How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your booking with Sharothi Online.

2. Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?

There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can login to My Bookings or call our customer service team at the number mentioned above.

3. Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?

It is not necessary to confirm reservations for domestic flights.

4. How do I confirm my seat assignments?

This facility is available only for frequent fliers and business class passengers, otherwise you can request for seats at the check-in counter.

5. Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on Sharothi Online?

Each airline has different cancellation charges. They are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making reservation. Check the Fare Rules for the booking to get complete information about the airline?s cancellation policy. Over and above the airlines cancellation charges, Sharothi Online charges Tk. 500 as standard cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our customer support center.

6. How do I cancel a flight reservation?

Flight bookings made on Sharothi Online can be cancelled online or offline.

Offline Cancellation: You can cancel flight bookings by calling our Customer care number at +880 1711 933421. For cancellations made standard cancellation charges of Tk. 500 will apply over and above the airlines own cancellation charges.

To cancel any flight booking before 24 hours, log into the My Bookings section from the Sharothi Online.com homepage. Then, click the Flight Bookings links from the left menu, this will display your complete booking history with Sharothi Online.com. Click the Sharothi Online Reference Number for the booking you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Flight tab. You will be asked to review and confirm the details before final cancellation. cancellation will be processed within 12 hours. For cancellations made online, standard cancellation charges of Tk.500 will apply over and above the airlines own cancellation charges.

7. How do I amend a flight reservation?

8. What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to re-complete the booking process for the additional travelers.

9. What is an e-ticket?

An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.

10. How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.

If at any time, you need to reprint your e-ticket, just login to My Bookings, select the flight and click the Print button.

11. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You will need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.

12. Is it necessary to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?

It is not mandatory to show your e-ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver?s license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number.

Hotel Reservations

1. How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your hotel booking.

2. Do I need to confirm my reservation?

There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that your reservation was made, you can do so by writing to our Customer Support Team or by contacting our customer services team.

3. How do I amend a hotel reservation?

To amend a hotel reservation, please contact customer support center on +880 1711 933421.

4. Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on Sharothi Online?

If you are canceling 7 days prior, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night retention plus a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. However, some tariffs may be non-refundable as per the hotel?s cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged.

5. How do I cancel a hotel reservation?
